Creating a User Account:
The applicant must have a user account for submitting Grievances.
Note: If you are a new user, please Click here for help regarding the registration.
Grievances Form:
Step 1: After registering with, click on the ‘Login’ button and enter your username and password. Go to 'Grievances form' located in the 'Other Forms' menu.
Step 2: 'Grievances form' will appear, fill the appropriate information.
Step 3: After filling the Information, click on the ‘Save’ button.
Step 1: After saving the form, attach all the relevant documents (map/deed/registry etc) by clicking on the ‘Attachment' button, attachments screen will appear.
Step 2: Click on the browse button and select the file from your computer to attach. After selecting the file, click on the ‘Add’ button. The selected file will be attached along with the form.
Step 3: If the applicant wishes to delete an attachment then check the attachment and click on the 'Delete' button.
Grievances Submission:
Step 1: Once all the documents are attached and photograph(s) is/are uploaded, submit the application by clicking on the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 2: After submission of the form, alert screen will appear (please note your reference number for future references).
Application Status:
Step 1: Click on the 'My Application Status' located in the 'Other Forms' menu, 'Application Status' screen will appear.
Step 2: In case of incomplete information or any correction required, the applicant will get sms/mail alerts, upon receiving the alert please visit, logging to your account, provide the necessary information by clicking on the grievances reference number.
Step 3: You can also check the details of your Grievances by clicking on the grievances reference number.

Name of the Person Against whom the complaint is raised.
Section/Sector Section/Sector of the Person against whom the complaint is raised.
Site Address Address of the Person against whom the complaint is raised.
