Design an original mascot that reflects the vision, culture, heritage, innovation, and sustainable development of Mussoorie and Dehradun. The winning mascot may become the official creative identity of MDDA for awareness campaigns, public outreach, educational initiatives, and promotional activities.

• The artwork must be 100% original and created solely by the participant.
  AI-generated, copied, traced, or plagiarized entries will be rejected.
• Each participant may submit only one mascot entry.
• The mascot must not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Participants must upload all required files and complete the submission form before the deadline.
• Entries received after 16 August 2026 will not be accepted.
• The decision of the MDDA Evaluation Committee shall be final and binding.
• By participating, entrants grant MDDA the right to use, modify, publish, and promote the winning design without additional compensation.
