  • Transport Nagar- Phase I completed around 500 possessions given out of 545 allotted , remaining are in progress.
  • Inter State Bus Terminal- Was launched by CM, Uttraranchal and is fully operational, is first in India on BOT basis.
  • Multi storey car parking cum shopping Complex near Clock Tower, 6793 sqmt. Land taken from RFC.
  • MDDA has formed Public Grievance Redress Cell, to help public in solving their all type of problems related to MDDA at a single point
  • MDDA has formed a online Right to information cell, since its inception MDDA has cleared more than 3231 queries
  • MDDA has formed a flying Squad to take immediate action against any illegal construction reported at Public Grievance Redress Cell or over phone/mail/web site
  • New Master Plan (2001-2025) for Dehradun city is gone through all the phases and duly notified by Government Of Uttarkhand on 19-Nov-2008 and later on new ammended Master Plan 2025 was notified in the month of Nov 2013.
